Zero-G Brown Rice Flour is a stone ground wholegrain superfine flour that is great for baking cakes, cookies and breads. It has a mildly sweet and nutty flavour and also makes good rotis, parathas and puris. Use roughly 12.5% less than the equivalent quantity of wheat flour e.g. substitute 1 cup of wheat flour with 7/8th cup of Zero-G Brown Rice. You can also add variety to your cooking by blending this product with some of our other gluten-free wheat substitutes to obtain an interesting range of flavours and textures.
