We also ship most orders via fast UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail Service and FedEx. Shipping Cost

  • - Flat rate $18.99 will be charged for order of $75 (before tax) and over, under $100 (before tax)
  • - Flat rate $13.99 will be charged for order of $25 (before tax) and over, under $75 (before tax)
  • - Flat rate $7.99 will be charged for order of under $25 (before tax)

We ship all over USA including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico . We do not take international orders at this time.

Most continental United States orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service (1-5 business days shipping time). We reserve the right to choose any shipping method (i.e. FedEx, DHL, USPS) to get your order to your doorstep.

***Free shipping promotion not applicable for PO Box, APO and FPO addresses. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items based on weight and shipping location.***

Order Fulfillment

Please note from time to time product packaging is modified with the resulting changes not immediately updated in the online product photo. The product attributes such as size, quantity, form and/or origin will always be consistent with the online photo and description.

We process, pack and ship all orders within 48-72 hours of receipt. If there is a problem with your order, someone from our customer service team will contact you immediately.

Out of stock or backordered items

It is possible that your order may have items that are currently back ordered or out of stock, in such cases it is our policy to ship out comparable alternatives. We may notify you regarding such changes via e-mail or call you in reference to them.

If you do not want any substitutes, kindly leave a note to that effect in your order instructions or once you receive our message you have 24-48 hours to let us know that the changes are not to your liking. If alternatives are not suitable, we can refund the missing items instead. Substitution Policy will refund the item value if no substitution is found. We will substitute at no additional cost to customer with higher value or larger quantity item if the exact item was not found.

We sale consumable and non-consumable items and believe in providing great customer satisfaction, ensuring customer buys product as per their need. Aiming high quality product, we DO NOT accept return for ALL Consumable items such as masala, tea, cookies, etc.. However, we do accept return for non-consumable items such as utensils, soap, etc..

Non-Consumable Return Policy

Our policy for non-consumable return lasts 15 business days. If 15 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

What is your Return Policy?

Rajshree International Inc. is devoted to 100% customer satisfaction. If any item you receive has any defect, faulty workmanship, or defect due to shipping. Rajshree International Inc. will replace the item. Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened food items (such as pastes, spices etc). In some cases, we will provide credit on a case by case basis for future purchases. Also we are unable to accept any unsealed food items as returns for health reasons.
Rajshree International Inc’s return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage. Rajshree International Inc. will refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our own error.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@rajshreemart.comand we’ll be happy to provide further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
